MAUSER Silencer

The modular MAUSER over-barrel silencer combines robust construction with practical flexibility. It is made of stainless steel and aluminium, with high-stress parts reinforced with stainless steel. The hard-anodised outer shell provides reliable corrosion resistance.

The modular design is the core feature: the silencer consists of a base unit, five segments, and a front cap. Each segment can be unscrewed without tools. This allows the total length to be adjusted from 180 mm to 160 mm or 140 mm. Depending on the configuration, the weight ranges from 360 g at full length, to around 310 g with one segment removed, and to 260 g with two segments removed.

Suppression performance is around 29 dB at full length, 27 dB with one segment removed, and 25 dB in the shortest version (calibre-dependent). In all versions the silencer remains compact: at full length it adds only 14.5 cm over the barrel and has a diameter of 49.5 mm.

For cleaning, the silencer can be completely disassembled into the base unit, all five segments, and the front cap, so residues can be removed quickly and thoroughly. Available in 6.5 mm / .30 / 8.5 mm / 9.5 mm with M15x1 and M17x1 threads.
